This year we are excited to have Mr. Joseph Ortiz, who is going to give a presentation about the major design and construction challenges of SFPUC’s Bay Division Pipeline No. 5.  Mr. Ortiz has several large water supply projects to his credit, including treatment, storage and transmission facilities.
